TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A new tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 300 miles south of Mexico's Baja California. Forecasters are expecting that Barbara will continue to strengthen over the next few days. The storm is traveling westward at a rate of 10 mph. There
